Cancellation / Return / Refund Policy

We at www.varchasvacorp.com believe in helping all customers as far as possible, and has consequently prepared a thoughtful CANCELLATION/RETURN/REFUND POLICY. There may be some case of customer dissatisfaction due to many reasons.

In case of dissatisfaction from our services, clients have the liberty to cancel their projects and request a refund from us. Our Policy for the cancellation, returns and refund will be as follows:

Cancellation Policy

Domain Name Registration Services: Once you purchase your Domain Name, you are its owner and it cannot be "cancelled" until the duration of the domain term has expired. Domain names are controlled worldwide by Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers (ICANN ) organization and we do not have any control over it.
Cancellation of service renewals for on-going website promotion, website hosting or domain registration services must be made at least 15 Business Days prior to the end of the current service period.
Requests received later than before 15 Business Days prior to the end of the current service period will be treated as cancellation of services for the next service period.
No cancellations are entertained for those services that Varchasva Corporation had offered on promotional offer / special occasions or Discount period. These are limited occasion offers by the company and hence cancellations are not possible in any conditions.
Services will automatically renew until a service is cancelled. If you do not wish to renew your Monthly or Annual Service agreement you must cancel your account by sending an email to us.
Varchasva Corporation also reserves the rights to cancel your account any time without any notice and refund.

Return Policy

All computer parts, accessories, systems, laptops or any other product we sell, comes with a specific period of manufacturer warranty and hence will only be considered if the warranty is valid during returns for REPLACEMENT purposes only.
The Warranty has to be claimed from the individual manufacturer’s office/service centres and Varchasva Corporation will not be liable to offer this service unless otherwise agreed to in the Contract Signed with you if any.
Items damaged due to natural calamities, fire, water, rodents cutting off wires or any other human interference will not be considered for returns.
Items provided by Varchasva Corporation and worked upon by any other person apart from Varchasva Corporation Employee, will not be considered and service could be cancelled as and when deemed fit by Varchasva Corporation without providing any further service or refund.
Varchasva Corporation reserves the right to decide if such an item has been tampered with and this decision will be final and binding.
Varchasva Corporation shall not be responsible for any theft of or loss or damage caused to the Item purchased and moved from its location where it was delivered or any other items from clients office/home/location. In such cases, Varchasva Corporation will not be liable for any return/replacement claims.
Varchasva Corporation also reserves the rights to cancel your service at any time without any notice and refund.

Refund Policy

We will try our level best to offer quality services that matches for our clients.
In case, any client is not completely satisfied with our services we can provide a refund. All refunds will take maximum of 15 working days to process and it will be refunded in your account either by Account Credits or direct deposit in your bank account or any other method preferred by Varchasva Corporation.
If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase and in case of Payment Gateway Name payments refund will be made to the same Bank account or card used for the payment.
In cases of Payment Gateway transaction, the refund policies of the individual payment gateway provider will be binding and effective.
Domain Name Registration / Domain Transfer or other domain related services is NOT refundable. Once you purchase your Domain Name, you are its owner and it cannot be "returned" until the duration of the domain term has expired.
Only first-time accounts are eligible for a refund. For example, if you've had an account with us before, canceled and signed up again, you will not be eligible for a refund even if if you have opened a second account with us.
There are no refunds on dedicated servers, administrative fees, install fees for custom software, or domain name purchases. Refund requests for shared and reseller accounts after the initial 30 days non-conditional money back period will be refunded on a prorated basis of any unused time.
Taxes cannot be refunded by us as they are deposited directly at the end of each month, however it might be possible to reclaim those directly from the government.
Varchasva Corporation also reserves the rights to cancel your service at any time without any notice and refund.
